Hello,

I recently migrated my FreeNAS system to a new set of hardware.
My motherboard's Ethernet is not appearing as a network interface. I tried using a USB 3.0 Ethernet adapter and it worked.
My motherboard is MSI H510I Pro Wifi.

No wonder. This board has the
  • 1x Realtek® 8125B 2.5Gbps LAN controller
which FreeNAS doesn't have a driver for.

Is there anyway to install the driver?
The way to "install the driver" is to use hardware that isn't garbage. Intel gigabit NICs are widely available, cheap, and solid, reliable hardware. Realtek is garbage, and 2.5 GbE is a pretty crappy standard.
