O365 Pull Cloudsync Nothing to Pull

Hi,

I have tried several posts and YouTube videos to try to see why when I try to make a local copy of my company's Sharepoint onto TrueNAS, the setting up process fails. On the credentials, it seems to always "forget" that I logged in using a business account but when I want to pull the directory listing or drives, it always defaults back to Personal. It should be Business.

Since that's failing, going to Tasks to setup the Pull action, it doesn't work.

Could someone chime on what their experience has been and how they got it to work?
