NTP broken after CORE to SCALE migration

So after migrating my local CORE to the latest SCALE for various reasons I'm now running into an issue, the ntp service seems completely broken.

"NTP health check failed"
and
"Unable to bind Wildcard adress - Another process may be running"

Is all the Error information I can find on the Server itself.
From what I read it seems to be ntp and ntpq fighting for the same port because one is a relic carried over from FreeBSD back when I migrated.
Other people that were facing these Issues were using other Operating Systems so the commands and solutions that worked for them don't work on TrueNAS.

How can I find out which service I need to keep and remove the other one?
For obvious reasons reinstalling TrueNAS is something I want to avoid at all costs

Yea, a reinstall shouldn't be needed here. I'd check 'systemctl status ntp' to see what errors it is throwing there, and please toss us a ticket on https://ixsystems.atlassian.net/ as well. Might be something we can fix for you in a SCALE update automatically.
