Under the "Name" column is the name of each respective share. You use that for the sharename when typing in the location to the network share in Windows.
The image is blurry, but it looks like levershare or something.
I'd like to thank everyone including the people who are paid and those who are not who have assisted me to finally figuring this out. Coming from a somewhat successful business person who is weekend technically inclined......
Nobody here is paid. This is a community forum where users help each other.
When iX employees occasionally participate they do it in their spare time or in some amount of tolerated slack time.
You can get paid support by buying a TrueNAS Enterprise system.
I have a strange problem that is suddenly surfaced after I thought everything was working perfectly.
I have two different shares that are basically two different pools of discs.
In one of them I only have two folders however one of the folders has now disappeared although it is still showing in the true Nas pool directory. I've been fidgeting with it but I can't seem to get that folder to reappear. I thought it was an ACL issue however I just don't know what it is.
Open a new thread with a meaningful description of the problem.
Post all the details about the datasets and the share configuration.
Then someone might be able to ask the right questions ...
