Not able to start Plexmedia server

Hi All,

Hope you can hope i have install the plex plug in when i try to start it i get an error

Sep 28 08:30:48 nas-home uwsgi: [plugins.utils:88] Couldn't retrieve http://192.168.1.101/plugins/plexmediaserver/1/_s/status: HTTP Error 503: Service Unavailable

how can i fix this?

Ram 8gb of ram
