Noob Question: CIFS: Enter Network Credentials?

I set up a CIFS share following one of the youtube videos. I am trying to map it to my PC. I disabled guest access, like I intended for this one, however, I cannot figure out which User/PW to use for "Network Credentials". This is the same prompt one receives for something like RDP...

You use a user from the FreeNAS system. In the WebGUI you can add users under Accounts->Users.
