Is your data now available to you to copy off the NAS? If yes, copy the data while you still have access to it. Another drive failure means your data will not be easy to recover, if at all.

I'm in agreement, a zpool clear HomeNas1 is the best move forward and then check the zpool status again. But save the data you can if that proves unsuccessful.
