No valid replicas help

Hello,

I am using Freenas ver. 8.04 I replaced a bad drive, by powering off the Freenas replaced the bad drive powered back on. Then selected rplace in the GUI the server rebuild, then rebooted selected detached old drive. The old drive will not detach. I tried a few things from the web with no luck. Eample of things I tried:

Steps I followed:
* zpool export <poolname>
* shutdown the ZFS box
* boot the ZFS box to single-user mode
* /etc/rc.d/hostid start
* zpool import <poolname>
* zpool scrub <poolname>
* zpool detach <unavailable disk>

Please help I need to this server data back to healthy...
