No UEFI with Win32DiskImager?

So i'm not new to using Freenas in general as well as making USB boot images. I am however new to the boot stuff for UEFI.
I used win32diskimager to write the iso to the USB drive but apparently EFI does not work using that?

Rufus also doesn't let EFI boot, Legacy boot works fine as always. I'd really rather use UEFI though and i've gotten plenty of other OS's to boot UEFI.
The server is a Dell R210 II so it's not that old but not new. Does anyone know any tricks to getting the UEFI boot to work?

Side note: all BIOS and firmware is up to date also.

Hello paintballer4lfe!

Please try to format the flash drive in FAT32 and disable secure boot in BIOS.

Secure and TPM are completely off, win32 writes the ISO straight to the USB. Rufus formatted to FAT32 by default, no EFI boot.
This sounds more like a problem with your system firmware than the boot media. Could you try mounting the ISO via IPMI or using a real DVD drive?
