No plugins showing up after install.

Hello, I'm sure you guys have seen this questions many times, as I've seen it while searching for a solution.
None of the solutions I've seen seem to work for me. I'm new at FreeNAS, and having difficulties as no plugins are loading in my environment.

Would appreciate any advice and assistance. I cannot ping google.com, and here's what I get when I run netstat -rn:

This post solved it all for me, kind of wished I would have searched the "FreeNAS Manuals" a bit more to find it before creating this new thread/post.
