no ip showing

when i boot freenas it says no configured interfaces were found.try to do it manualy.
insted of it saying the ip.


can any one help


if important its running
4gb ram

Well the 4GB RAM is low for running FreeNAS however that wouldn't cause your problem. I would ensure your Ethernet port is enabled in the BIOS first and if that fails then I suspect you do not have your ethernet port connected to your network with a DHCP enabled for FreeNAS to be assigned an IP address. The next thing to try and manually set the network address through the console menu. It's easy to do, follow the screens. If that fails, read the manual, that should help.
