No idea at all what to do with FreeNas

Hello everybody,

I was asked to do some infrastructure changes for a customer of mine.
I found two PC's completely in the back. One is a Windows XP server (which will now be replaced by a new Windows 8 PC). The other one, when booted, only shows me a screen as in attachment. Whatever I do with mouse or so, nothing happens.
I think, as I have seen in a backup software on the other software, that this server is used as backup server. But I have no idea how to check this.
I have never worked with FreeNas so I have no idea how it was setup and how to see that.

Is there a simple way to find a very-very easy fast learning ? Or some help on what I need to do ?

It should pick up and IP address which you can attach to with a browser.

How am I able to see the IP address of the computer ?
