Title. Also, when clicking on links like "login", this pops up:

Cookies are not blocked in my browser, and the cookies tab in chrome shows cookies present. Directly going to http://forums.freenas.org/index.php?login works.

To clarify, the cookie issue is only on the HTTP website. Why does the website work through HTTP at all?

This might be fallout from the forum upgrade. It definitely used to work.

Everyone is still able to downgrade manually by simply changing https to http. I think your webserver should redirect and force all traffic on port 80 to 443. In my opinion this should not be something users should be able to choose for themselves.

Well in my opinion it is a huge security concern to allow http. I also can't think of a good reason why anyone would want to use http instead of https
