No Edit Share ACL in Windows (SMB) Shares

The purpose to edit Share ACL is to stop users to see shared folders that they don't have permission, supposingly, there are 3 dots in every SMB Share ACL at the end.
Any Idea?

You're looking at the general shares overview. Click on the "Windows (SMB) Shares" text to open the SMB shares form.
