No chapters on Plex

Hi,

I'm new to FreeNAS and Plex and I have a question that hopefully someone can help me with.

I've installed FreeNAS 9.2.1 on a HP Proliant Microserver N54 and I've installed the Plex Plugin. Whilst it all seems to be working I do not seem to be able to get any chapter information.

My movie folder on FreeNAS contains MKV files and if I access them from my laptop and play with VLC then I get chapters.. If I play on my iPad using the Plex client, then although I can watch the videos, I can't skip chapters... Have I done something wrong, or is this feature not available on the FreeNAS Plex plugin???

My Plex plugin is version 0.9.9.5.411_1

Yeah.. take your question to the plex guys.. they're the ones that will have the answer. We provide the software PBI, but we don't support the software itself.
