nfs cant mount sub folder more then one subfolder deep

if i have dataset folder structure test1(dataset)/test2(folder)/test3(folder) i can mount test1 over nfs i can mount test2 over nfs but not test3 i can even access test3 if i mount test1 or test2 first but i cant even bind mount test3 somewhere

when i try to nfs mount it i just get access denied when i try to bind mount it from elsewhere i just get a mysterious bind failed error
