Nextcloud would not install (stuck at 50% and gives error)

I am new to TrueNas and is currently trying to install nextcloud. However, when installation reaches 50%, it stops and gives the following error:

nextcloud had a failure Exception: RuntimeError Message: + Acquiring DHCP address: FAILED, address received: 0.0.0.0/8 Stopped nextcloud due to DHCP failure Partial plugin destroyed.
does anyone know a fix to this issue?

note: the truenas core is running off of a virtualbox vm using bridged adaptor as the network adaptor.
