Nextcloud Proper way to update?

Hi,
So I got the update available for my Nextcloud instance under the apps section.
I probably should have checked the best way to update it under Scale but I went ahead with the upgrade. It looked like it went ok and deployed the pods again. Then when I opened the Nextcloud portal I was presented with a Nextcloud will update to 25.03.

I pressed the update button and it’s now gone into maintenance mode. I’ll have to get it out of that later but my main question is what is the proper procedure for updating apps on Scale. Do we just press the upgrade as they become available.

Thanks

Haven't used nextcloud that much yet, so can't help.

Are you using the one from iX, or Truecharts ?

I’m using the iX one. Having trouble getting it out of maintenance mode now. The Shell for the app is giving me the below when I try to open it.
Unable to read/etc/rancher/k3s/k3s.yaml please start server with—write—kubeconfig-mode to modify Kobe config.

Just getting my head around nextcloud on Core then I run into this on Scale… lol

the shell thing is a problem with the newly introduced "admin" users. if you use it instead of root you have no access to the pods shell.
it's a known issue. Try logging into the pods shell as root.
