Nextcloud db5 EOL. Switch? How?

On my primary NAS (specs in Signature), I am running Nextcloud 23.0.1 in a standard iocage jail, version 12.2-RELEASE-p2.
I have updated it to PHP 7.4, and everything is running as it should.

Today I ran a <code>pkg upgrade</code>

At the end of that, I got this message:

I realize that db5 is probably really old, I have been running the same jail for years.
It sounds like I should do something about this. What can be done, and how would I go about it without losing data etc?

I have snapshots of the jail and all its data of course, so I do have the courage to try stuff. Is it as simple as upgrading in some way?
Or is it depending on netcloud package dependencies, do something need to happen at their end?

Anybody have any experience?
