New Jails "standard 10.3" don't configure DHCP

I upgraded to 9.10 a few weeks ago and yesterday I bit the bullet and nuked all my jails to be able to use the new jail template. I was having some issues keeping the old templates.

No matter if I create a jail manually or via the plug-ins I cannot get them to automatically configure via DHCP. If I connect to the jail via shell and type "dhclient epair0b" (for example) everything works great but it requires manually doing this on each restart. Never had this problem before.

I'm at a lose. I'm not seeing anything in the logs to indicate what the issue is.

I did see this after posting but nothing I tried seemed to help but it's the same issue.
