New install TrueNAS-SCALE-22.12.01 can't apps, Docker service is not running

1. Installl TrueNAS Scale
2. Add new user
3. Add datasets(mydata), add share folder(smb)
4. Enable smb, it is work
5. Apps need chose a pool for Apps, chose (mydata) get erros

Error:[EFAULT] Docker service is not running

try chose again

Error: [EINVAL] kubernetes_update.force: Missing '/mnt/mydata/ix-applications/config.json' configuration file. Specify force to override this and let system re-initialize applications


try delete rm -f ix-applications/ it not folder.
get alert

Failed to configure kubernetes cluster for Applications: [EFAULT] Docker service is not running​

Ditto: Found this post when looking for a solution to the same issue. Just updated from CORE to SCALE.
