Ok so currently i have 5x1TB WD blacks in RaidZ2 in my FreeNAS box but as usage is increasing the drives are slowly filling up so i'm needing new drives. I would like to double my storage but if price per TB is better for larger then ill do that. Here is what i can get for what, please voice your recommendations.
These are all Western Digital Reds.

To me it seems price per tb would be best to go with 3TB.
