Hi all, I'm new to the forums and looking for some help with buying components for my FreeNAS system. Currently i have a few option sets I can buy for mobo and proc. It will be used mainly by just me(maybe parents will backup aswell) as a storage for backups/photos/videos. Might use PLEX if it is possible on this pricerange of hardware.

Option 1 - € 35:

• Asus M4A78 PRO
• AMD Phenom X3 8650
• 6x SATA ports

Option 2 - € 75~ish:

• Intel Celeron G3930
• MSI Z170A PC MATE or Asus Prime B250-Plus (Both are 6x SATA and have M.2)

Option 2 has the possibility for a Pentium G4400 CPU aswell with those boards for +€10.

Are these 2 options any good for my case?

As a quick side note. I found a i3-6100 aswell for 10 euros more than option 2's listed 75 euros.
