Glad I read this before starting my build. I have the same Supermicro MBD-X10SL7-F-O motherboard, and had purchased the USB3.0 SanDisk Ultra Fit flash drives. Knew that USB3.0 wasn't supported, but the price difference was so small I thought I was future-proofing. I'm hanging on the USB3.0 Ultra Fits, but already ordered a set of USB2.0 Cruzer Fits for the build. Hope to assemble and start burn in this week.
