Hello,
I'm having a few networking questions:
1. I'm looking to set up a 40GbE setup. Should I go for 40GbE or would it be better to use Dual port 25GbE NIC and aggregate them to make it 50GbE?
2. Can I use the same Fiber Patch cable (LC UPC to LC UPC Duplex OM4) across the 10GbE (SFP+), 25GbE (SFP28), and 40GbE (QSFP+) and 100GbE (QSFP28) or different cables are needed for different SFP variants?
3. For two clients to write 10Gb/s on the NAS, the client should have 10GbE NIC and the NAS should have at least 25GbE right? Or would 10GbE do the job too? I think if the NAS has 10Gb/s, the client would get 5Gb/s. Is that correct?
4. Any reviews on Intel X710/XXV710/XL710 NIC for TrueNAS Core/Scale?
Thanks
