seems to be a "old" saga for some systems, mb/cpu combo

No saga at all!

I did struggle with an early Ryzen CPU as well, exactly on a B450 (something) MB that would crash just after boot under W10.

Lots of testing and research later:
It is the memory timings!
(Defaults too aggressive).

Have not had ONE reset or freeze since my last memory timing/speed changes!

I upgraded from Ryzen 1700 to Ryzen 5600 and no crashes after 5 days
While I was at it I applied new BIOS and DOCP settings so if it was memory fault I would never know

Anyways it seems like it's a hardware thing
