Network on X8dtn+ not working

Hello,
I recently made a build and once i tried booting truenas with the mobo's ethernet port, it wouldnt work, i added a 1gb card to pcie and it now works, the mobo that i have is a X8dtn+ and has 2 built in ethernet ports, i looking for advice on how i can get the integrated ones working. hello, i got the nics working, both of the mobo's nics are 1gb, but for some reason when i load truenas, they only operate at 10mbps?? is this some sort of thing to do with truenas?

What class of network cable are you using and to what are your NICs connected?

i use CAT5e, i am using nic 0, i know its not the cat5e cables fault because when i plug a nic into pcie port it runs at the full 1gb.

i was on core, and had the issue and now i moved to scale and i still have the issue
