Need Help Plex Mediaserver Plugin not working anymore - CONNECTION _REFUSED

Hello Guys I please need your Help for troubleshooting.

Here's my setup so far:
Truenas Core:

I have the IP-Address static signed through the DHCP in my router and have given it also a dns name. My Truenas Server is running on 192.168.69.11 and until x.x.x.21 not IP Address is handed randomly to any device.

Now When I want to enter the WEB-Interface I get the HTTP-Error CONNECTION_REFUSED

Neather can I reach the Plex Server through any App.

can anyone help me trouble shooting my Plex Media-Server?
It worked fine since 4 weeks ago than I had some Hardware Issues with disappearing drives, My Power cable was faulty and now all my drives work fine again but I had replaced one drive (I first fought the 1 drive was faulty until I realized it was the power cable). And during the resilvering process some errors occured so I guess I have loste some data because of the cheap power cable?

I'm thankfull for any advice.

As noone was kind enough to help me. I decide to get out the Sledgehammer.

I removed the old installation of my Plexserver and installed a new one.
Thread can be closed.
