Need help in Plugins Installation and Config(for Dummies)

Hi All,
once again i'm here at the forums asking for direction and help for my NAS(FreeNAS) i just installed a Transmission Plugin all went well and good but i can't make it work i tried some of the video in youtube but know i am more confuse on how to make it work,so please if any one here can help me out or can point me to the right direction will be much appreciated.
