BUILD Need help finding P14 LSI firmare and sas2flash version 14

I am trying to flash a new LSI SAS 92174i4e to it-mode and I need the sas2flash version 14 since this is an HP flashed card. The latest version P20 from LSI/Broadcom errors out when I try to update to the P20 2118it.bin. I found a thread on another forum where he used the P14 version (which apparently doesn't verify the white label manufacturer) and it recovered his card by allowing him to flash the version 20 firmware using the older version of sas2flash.

Question 1:

I have tried to find the version 14 package on the broadcom site with no luck. Does anyone know where to find/download these older packages?

Question 2:

Does anyone have any pointers or experience with flashing the SAS 9217/sas 2308 cards?

P14 firmware is located within the list (archive) of the 59 entries, scroll down near the bottom as P14 is OLD:p
