Probably not unless you provide some specific details about what you're trying to do. In general, a second network card adds confusion for people new to IP networking, and it may be simpler to just use a single connection unless you have a really good reason.

OK as it is right now my PC is hard wired from my nighthawk , recently and a Gigabit single port nic card in my pc and would like to directly connect that nic card directly to the Hp Z420 pc that i turned in to my Nas.
