I have built a brand new server for business use. I am new to truenas.

Specs:
Mobo - MBD-H12DSi-N6-O
CPU - Dual AMD EPYC 7542
Ram - 256GB DDR4-3200 PC4-25600 1Rx4 RDIMM ECC
Using onboard and Intel X540T2 for networking

I have read many forum posts, watched several videos. Followed everything. I can't connect to the server at all. I can connect to the GUI, I can ping the sever. But I can't login. Windows sees truenas, but when I click on it and try to log in, it says "A specified logon session does not exist. It may already have been terminated." I have gone through and checked everything, tried configuring different Ethernet ports. I have created the static IP that is on the same subnet. I am trying to replace our current server which is a drobo. But I am just not sure what I am doing wrong. I have created a user and given permissions to login to the share. I created a dataset and gave the user permissions. I created a new group and added the user to the group. But I cant login to the storage from any computer. I have Windows and Apple computers that will be connecting so when I setup the sharing, I chose multi protocol SMB & AFP. I have tried changing the static IP multiple times. This is all new to me. Any ideas as to what I am doing wrong or what I can try?

I figured out the issue. The way i was signing in.
I have found out how to login into my NAS's using a Microsoft Account in Windows 10, the answer is:
If its the 1st time of logging in enter either
User Name: = Computer name\user name
Password: = password
or
User Name: Network Device name\user name
Password: = password

I am in the same position and I have tried using the "Computer name\user name" and "Network Device name\user name" but I still cannot connect. I am a tremendous newbie and would appreciate any help on this.
