Hi Guys,
im absolut new to NAS and hope you can give me a little help.
Setup yesterday TrueNas on a Asrock q1900-itx with 8gb ram and 2x8tb red.
Hope i use from here the right words;)
setup 1 pool with both disk in stripe. created some datasets and 2nd user and smb share.
Copied some files from pc and played those via androidplayer. all working fine.
before i went to bed i connected an ext. disk to my CM elite 120 front usb and used the import disk feature to transfer all the files from the disk over night.
in the morning 1tb of 4tb was done and after some hours i noticed the free space on my nas wasnt getting less.
i didnt know how to check if the importprocess was still running so i was waiting but no more new files appeared on the nas disks.
i tried to access the storage tab via gui but i just jumped back to the place i was before.
i tried to open some files via pc, was working but mp3s was stuttering. i reboot the nas via gui and disconnect ext. disk, now i can play the files without stuttering but still cant acess storage tab via gui. shutdown for some time wont help neither ;)
dont know if any errorlogs are created and how to find them.
pool status is fine, online no erros found.
system is currently installed on a sdhc card via usb adapter for testing, could this caused a systemfile to be corrupt?
What should i do next? Start all over?
