NAS down, I can't reboot it

Hi all, I have a problem with a FreeNAS, last night fall down and now I can't reboot it, how can I do? In attached I put some photos.

The boot device may have died (assuming it wasn't a larger hardware failure). Try installing to a new thumb drive. If the system boots, you can restore your config.
