If you don't bring the pool back online, you can't; assuming you were using RAIDZ1, if you have more than a dead disk in the pool you can't bring the pool back online.

It's what I am trying to understand, but you are not being very cooperative.

Please post the output of zpool online Agrupacio1 and zpool status Agrupacio1.

It's not magic but probably negligence and a weak pool layout.

You did not provide the images for zpool online Agrupacio1 and zpool status Agrupacio1, you did for similar commands.

I understand your frustration, but please read the resources I linked you and provide me the output of the commands I tell you, if you don't I can't help you.

Happened to me once this is what I did to resolve:
1. open up the truenas shell
2. Make sure all your drives appear, you can try camcontrol devlist
3. If the drives are there then check for their health and make sure they are not toasted: smartctl
4. Once you're confident that drives are ok (It is highly unlikely that all your drives died at the same time) then detach the pool and re-import it
5. if you don't see drives then it could be your connection whether through a SAS controller or other means, so re attach everything and see if drives are back. and then do the step 4 again

I had some connection issue when I moved my SAS3 controller to a different PCI slot. reconnecting it worked and never had any issues since.
