My OS Shell is broken from the Web UI

My FreeNAS FreeNAS-9.1.1-RELEASE-x64 (a752d35.

Worked for a couple weeks.

Then as I was running the shell, the shell went away.

Now when I execute it I get a thin shell-like window and then poof it goes away.

I reboot the system several times, with no luck.

Any ideas how to restart?

Have you tried clearing your browser cache? Sometimes when browsers update can break everything.. Are you happy with FreeNAS 9.1.1 why not move to 9.2.0 or higher?
