Moving SATA disks from one server to another

Hello,

Currently I have an old DELL poweredge with Freenas 9.x with 6*3Tb disks
New hardware with Freenas 11.2 installed.

Can I just disconnect the disks from the old and import them into the new...????

Without loosing data )

Please let me know what steps I should take
