Hi,at the beginning sorry for my very poor English.
I have a problem with my FreeNAS 8. Here is what is displayed:
Drive activity LED is lit all the time.
I have two 640GB SATA drives in a hardware RAID (mirror) as a file store.
In separate drive (flash memory) is FreeNAS.
The system worked for over a year without any problems.
When I wanted to copy the files (15GB) using the command "cp-r" data from one folder to another it crashed. I have 450GB used from 600GB.
The last thing FreeNAS is done is sent me an e-mail:
"SMART error (FailedOpenDevice) detected on host: dysk.bknet"
Problem with FreeNAS or with disks? :-/
Help, please...
