Mount Points for Plex

So I wanted to change my mount points from one data set to another, I wanted to move a bunch of files from my root dataset to my Media_Volume Data set. I tested this out by copying some files from and to, I proceeded to move the mount points to the new Dataset. When I went to manage my Library on Plex my Server was greyed out... I opened the shell to get into my Plex and my Server was not even showing..

Is there a way to have multiple points on two different datasets?

Update: l Fixed the issue.. After moving the files over and creating the mountpoint.. I deleted the files and the old mountpoint and plex restored to its glory
