Mount Linux NFS Share on windows2008 error

Hi,everyone
I create a NFS dataset in freeNas9.1.1. Then I mount it to the redhat linux6.3, it works well. I can read/write well.
but when i mount it to the windows2008R2-sp1. I fount i can not copy files to it or from it. the error:

when i copy a file to it ,expect the error ,the folder can generate a same name file but with a zero-size.

I can delete these files well but cannot be read/write. I also can generate new files in the NFS folder with zero-size without write.
when i want to edit a file in this folder, the error:

So ,does anyone know how do resolve it ?

It might be a permissions issue. On the freenas system, for the user account used by the windows user, what is the home directory set to? What are the permissions and the mount point on the nfs share?

Thx. I have got a answer. I set a CIFS to the same folder.
