Monitor with Zabbix port 10050 connection refused

I am setting up Zabbix and I am wanting to monitor TrueNAS-12.0-U5.1 and I am receiving error;

172.16.10.51:10050

Not available

Get value from agent failed: cannot connect to [[172.16.10.51]:10050]: [111] Connection refused

I am having trouble finding how to open port 10050. My TrueNAS and Zabbix are behind the firewall and in the same /24 network. I can monitor other devices with Zabbix on my home network. I ran nmap on Zabbix server to IP of TrueNAS and I received

I am running Zabbix on a Raspberry Pi4 booting from and SSD that I had just reload OS and Zabbix. I was able to monitor TrueNAS before i reloaded the OS.
I haven't been to figure out how to open port 10050 in TrueNAS. I'm sure I am missing something simple.
