I'm trying to define the port that mountd, rpc.statd and rcp.lockd should bind to.

Problem is though, that the last 3 options showed in figure 8.8a (Which are the ones I need) is missing from my system?
I'm running 8.3.1, could the article be showing an earlier version?
How do I define those options? I know I can do it in the commandline, but that won't survive a reboot.
