SOLVED Missing Mount Points

I have a number of data sets in a pool. The data sets were created via replication from another machine. I know they are there and don't have any problems, because I replicated them back to the original machine without any problems. However....

Using the CLI, I can executed "zfs list" which gives me a perfectly fine list of all data sets on the machine and all of the mount points. But when I use the CLI to navigate to the mountpoints, the tree is truncated and most of the datasets are missing.

One clue, which I am pondering, is that the mountpoints are missing above the data that replicated from a pool. Example:

FREENAS/FreeNas_Dup/ThinkNAS/ <-- ThinkNAS was a pool on the original machine
FREENAS/FreeNas_Dup/ThinkNAS/WindowsShare <-- WindowsShare is a dataset in the ThinkNAS pool, and does not have a mountpoint

Any ideas? I'm proficient in unix sys admin tasks, and am happy to provide more details if it will help.

The missing data sets without mount points were set in Options as Read Only. Fixing that, and issuing a "zfs mount -a" at the CLI fixed everything.
