miniDLNA howto

hi guys,

ive set up my freenas with NFS/CIFS share but ive stumbled across when i was browisng plugins this mini DLNA program

i have no idea how to set it up, am i right in thinking if you go to the mini DLNA player ip address and port number you assigned it,it will play your media on the webpage or no?

miniDLNA is a DLNA server, not a player. You need a DLNA renderer/client (player) to play your media -- for example many smart TVs are able to play DLNA content.
