Mineos server doesn't start in FreeNAS 11

I've installed the mineos plugin in FreeNAS 11, but the mineos server doesn't start. No apparent error messages appear. Both plugin and jail are running with no errors; although, when I attempted to update the plugin with the service mineos update command bunch of error messages came up and the plugin was unusable. I re-installed the plugin.

Mineos server settings: default (port 25565, ip 0.0.0.0)
Java setting: Minecraft_server.1.2.1.jar
-Xmx: 1024

Has anyone been able to run mineos on NAS11 successfully? If so, I'd appreciate suggestions on this issue.

Anything in /var/log/messages on either the FreeNAS system or inside the jail when you try to start the service?

Nothing in the messages file. I am able to start the server if I drop the jar version to minecraft_server.1.11.2. but not with higher versions!

The first time you update the plugin, you need to do some additional steps. Also, the later versions of Minecraft require Java 8.
