Migration from FreeBSD 8.3 to FreeNAS

I have a FreeBSD 8.3 installation that I've been using with ZFS (UFS root + ZFS pools). I'm curious about converting over to FreeNAS .8 / 8 with the most recent release and would like to know if this is possible and if so, what the process would be.
