Migrating

Hello,
if I migrate to a different system/hardware, how is this done?
Currently my disks are on the HBA and SATA, mixed.
In the near future, I am planning on going 24-disk storage with the same HBA and SAS expander.
The procedure will most likely be to put all in and simply boot it up. But the disk designation will change from adax to dax, how does TrueNAS work with that and currently existing poo, will it recognize everything?
Thank you

TrueNAS uses drive ID to manage arrays, so swapping drives around or between different controllers won't impact anything (at least as far as pool integrity is concerned).

Many thanks! That sounds really awesome!
I'm also looking into saving configurations of my devices, be that Synology or TrueNAS, WebDAV is a new thing for me... and I do have my own Nextcloud.
