Migrating Seagate GoFlex Home to FreeNAS

If anyone is familiar with the Seagate GoFlex Home NAS could you suggest how I could migrate from it to my FreeNAS box? I assume it's mainly a question of setting up the same shares and then copying across the data...

I think it supports rsync, so that is an additional option.

Are you asking how to setup your FreeNAS so it looks like your old NAS and then moving over your files?

Setting up FreeNAS and shares, read the user manual, create a dataset and enable CIFS shares at a minimum.
I'd copy your files over (not move), you can't have too much data on that old NAS and if you don't know how to setup rsync, it's likely the quickest way to get it done.

GoFlex Home is based on Arch Linux, so may well be able to use rsync, although it isn't immediately clear how I might get it set up....
