Migrating old Plex server to new TrueNAS Scale Plex Official server?

I have a .raw file backup of my old server's metadata and i'm trying to figure out how to import it into my new TrueNAS scale Plex server.

Is there even a way to do this? I can't find any info on it. Thanks!
