I intend to migrate to Scale. I have read the documentation, and planned to migrate using the GUI as the Core version is 13.0-U6.1 but the statement below, taken from the migration overview, is confusing to me. Do I need to migrate to bluefin then cobia if I am not running any of the depreciated services?

While running SCALE Bluefin, take the necessary steps to transition from these deprecated services to the applications that replace them, then upgrade to SCALE 23.10 (Cobia). The replacement applications are available in SCALE 22.12 and 23.10."
